Book your holidays near the sea in this townhouse with air conditioning/heating and private parking. It is ideal for enjoying a comfortable stay at any time of year and is located in an urbanization with a communal pool and a family-friendly atmosphere. Pets are also allowed! Take a look at the offers for long stays in the low season.The house has a maximum capacity of 6 adults and has 3 floors. On the ground floor, you will find a bright living-dining room that opens onto a large south-facing porch, ideal for enjoying outdoor meals. It also includes a fully equipped kitchen and a toilet. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with single beds and a full bathroom with a bathtub. The second floor houses the master bedroom, with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, providing a private and cosy space.In Las Casitas de la Playa (textil urbanization), located about 150 meters from El Playazo beach (northern area) with a communal pool + children's pool (open all year round) and landscaped areas. Beach bars, cafes and restaurants in the surrounding area, a mini-market (only in summer) about 600 meters away, and a large supermarket (open all year round) less than 10 minutes by car. Book your holidays in Vera Playa and also visit other nearby towns such as Villaricos, Garrucha and Mojácar. Cabo de Gata-Níjar Natural Park and Mini Hollywood theme park are just an hour's drive away.IMPORTANT: Reasonable electricity consumption up to 20 kWh/day is included. Excess will be charged. In the case of a monthly rental with a discount, electricity is NOT included. 1 pet per booking is allowed. No groups of young people are accepted. Hablaremos con el propietario del alojamiento para que de caras a la próxima temporada mire de añadir algún mueble en el baño y asee more
