Second floor: terrace-solarium with sea views. Free parking space available in underground garage.
In Las Casitas de la Playa textile urbanization, located about 150 meters from El Playazo beach (north area), with communal pool + children's pool (open all year) and garden areas. Chiringuitos, bars and restaurants in the surroundings, a minimarket (only in summer) about 600 meters, and a large supermarket (all year) less than 2 km.
IMPORTANT: The reasonable consumption of electricity up to 15 Kwh / day is included. The surplus will be charged. In case of discounted monthly rent, electricity is NOT included. Pets are welcome (1 pet / reservation). Groups of young people are not accepted. Smoking is not allowed in the accommodation.
