The sun terrace is accessed by stairs, and has a barbecue, a shower, and sea views.
Located in the Veramar 4 textile development, on the beachfront, with a community pool + children's pool (open in summer), garden areas and parking. In the surrounding area there are bars, restaurants, and a large supermarket.
Spend your holidays in Vera Playa and also enjoy other neighbouring towns such as Villaricos, Garrucha and Mojácar. The Cabo de Gata-Níjar natural park and the Mini Hollywood theme park are just an hour away by car.
IMPORTANT: The reasonable consumption of electricity up to 15 kWh/day is included. The surplus will be charged at €0.40/kWh. Pets and groups of young people are not allowed. Smoking in the penthouse is not allowed.
