IMPORTANT: Reasonable consumption of electricity up to 15 kWh/day is included. The surplus will be charged. In case of monthly rent with discount, electricity is NOT included. 1 pet / booking is allowed (with supplement). Groups of young people are not accepted. No smoking inside the apartment.
