There are 2 bedrooms, 1 complete bathroom with bathtub, 1 shower room, fully equipped kitchenette, and a living-dining room with sofa-bed and access to a balcony and to the stairs that lead to the terrace-solarium. Free parking space available in the garage of the urbanization.
In Hatutu-Rarotonga-Pukapuka textile urbanization, located 350 meters from El Playazo Beach, with lift, communal pool + children's pool (both open in summer) and garden areas. Several bars and restaurants about 300m far and a large supermarket about 900m far.
IMPORTANT: The reasonable consumption of electricity up to 15 kWh / day is included. The surplus will be charged. In case of discounted monthly rent, electricity is NOT included. Pets are welcome (1 pet / booking). Groups of young people are not accepted. Smoking in the accommodation is not allowed.

La limpieza, cuando llegamos allí, había bastantes pelos de persona en el baño, en la habitación de matrimonio la colcha estaba llena de pelos de perro largo y la sábana de abajo manchada las tuve que lavar para poder acostarnos y en el armario en elsee more
