Maximum capacity 4 adults. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom with bathtub, 1 shower room, living-dining room with the terrace, and fully equipped kitchenette. Free parking space available.
In a textile urbanization located 350 meters from El Playazo Beach, with elevator, communal pool + children's pool (both open in summer). Several bars and restaurants about 300m far and a large supermarket about 900m far.
IMPORTANT: The reasonable consumption of electricity up to 15 Kwh/day is included. The surplus will be charged. In case of discounted monthly rent, electricity is NOT included.
Pets are welcome (1 pet/booking). Groups of young people are not accepted. Smoking in the penthouse is not allowed.

Er was geen broodrooster en geen waterkoker aanwezig, verder was de keuken oke. Badkamers goed, alleen een douchecabine van 60 x 60 cm. is behoorlijk krap.
