Maximum capacity 4 adults. One bedroom with double bed, fully equipped kitchen, living-dining room with sofa bed and access to the terrace, and a bathroom with bathtub. Access to the solarium by a spiral staircase.
In Lomas del Mar 2 textile urbanization, with 2 community pool + 2 children's pool (open only during the summer), paddle tennis court, and children's area. A big supermarket, bars and restaurants are located in the area. El Playazo Beach and Puerto Rey Beach are around 5 minutes away by car.
IMPORTANT: Reasonable consumption of electricity up to 15 Kwh/day is included. The surplus will be charged. In case of discounted monthly rent, electricity is NOT included. Pets are welcome (only 1 pet / booking). Groups of young people are not accepted (NO DREAMBEACH). Smoking in the apartment is not allowed.

Por tercer año consecutivo nos alojamos en un apartamento de la inmobiliaria Vera, el apartamento está genial, tiene de todo, las terrazas son una pasada, en la superior puedes disfrutar de atardeceres espectaculares, el complejo bien cuidado. Tienessee more
Por tercer año consecutivo nos alojamos en un apartamento de la inmobiliaria Vera, el apartamento está genial, tiene de todo, las terrazas son una pasada, en la superior puedes disfrutar de atardeceres espectaculares, el complejo bien cuidado. Tienes un Mercadona a la entrada de la urbanización muy cómodo para hacer las compras, está un poco lejos de la playa, pero en coche llegas en 5 minutos, igual que a Garrucha o a Vera. Muy próximo a las increíbles playas del parque natural del Cabo de Gata. Sin duda siempre que bajemos a la zona y tengan disponibilidad, repetiremos estancia con ellos.

Le faltaría un pelín de mantenimiento en algunos aspectos que no tienen coste elevado, así como disponer de un poco más de almacenaje para la ropa.

Quizá la ropa de cama es muy escasa.
No me parece correcto que se tenga que pagar la luz si se exceden los 15 kilovatios. Qué se controle el aire acondicionado me parece correcto pero lo demás, no.

Muchas gracias por tus comentarios. Lo del control del consumo de electricidada es para evitar abusos, pero los huéspedes pueden hacer un uso normal y corriente de todos los aparatos electrónicos sin que repercuta en el uso y disfrute del alojamientosee more

Todo muy cuodado y nuevo. Es muy comodo y tranquilo. La atención del personal de reserva vera playa estupendo. Estan atentos y predispuestos a atender tus necesidades en la mayor brevedad.

La lavadora. Esta en el baño y ademas de quitar espacio, para enchufarla el cable atraviesa el baño y no es nada cómodo.
Creo que seria muy acertado tratar de instalarla en el solaruim, poniendo un mueble para protegerla.
