With a maximum capacity of 6 adults, the penthouse has 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom with shower, 1 toilet with shower, fully equipped open-plan kitchen, and living-dining room with sofa bed and access to a small balcony and stairs leading to the solarium terrace.
In the Fatu Hiva residential complex, located about 150 metres from El Playazo, with lift, communal swimming pool (open all year), jacuzzi, and landscaped areas. Several bars and restaurants are about 100 metres away, and a large supermarket and water park are about 800 metres away.
There is a nearby bus stop to visit neighbouring towns like Garrucha, Mojácar, and Villaricos. Cabo de Gata-Níjar Natural Park and Mini Hollywood Theme Park are less than 1 hour by car.
JACUZZI USE IN THE RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX: Children up to 13 years old can access if accompanied by parents/legal guardians. Children aged 14 and 15 can access with written authorization from parents/legal guardians.
IMPORTANT: Reasonable electricity consumption up to 15 kWh/day is included. Excess will be charged. In case of monthly rental with discount, electricity is NOT included. Pets/youth groups are not allowed. Smoking inside the apartment is prohibited.
