Penthouse on the second floor in an urbanization located 150m far from El Playazo Beach. With free WiFi, TV with Spanish channels, air conditioning / heating, and south-facing terrace-solarium with BBQ.
Maximum capacity 5 adults. There are 2 bedrooms (in 2nd bedroom a single bed that turns into a double bed), 1 full bathroom with bathtub, living-dining room with single sofa-bed and with access to a balcony. From the balcony there is access by stairs to the terrace-solarium. Parking space available in underground garage.
In Residencial Alborada (textile urbanization), with elevator, a large communal pool + children's pool (pools open in June, July, August and September), paddle tennis courts and children's playground. Bars and restaurants about 200m away and a large supermarket 5 minutes away by car.
IMPORTANT: Reasonable consumption of electricity up to 15 kWh / day is included. The surplus will be charged. In case of discounted monthly rent, electricity is NOT included. 1 pet / reservation is welcome. Groups of your people are not accepted (NO DREAMBEACH). Smoking in the accommodation is not allowed.

EVERYTHING. The accommodation was amazing and a rooftop terrace is a new must for me on any future holidays. As well as the extraordinary apartment, the service was second to none. Inma was brilliant and I cannot speak highly enough about her. Shsee more

Inma was brilliant and I cannot speak highly enough about her. She was responsive, so helpful and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. We had one small issue with our water and Inma was down at the apartment in 'resolution mode' and got it sorted immediately A+++++ and thank you Inma for making our stay even more enjoyable!

Garrucha and Mojacar had lots of open bars and restaurants and were well worth the short drive to get to them. |

Was disappointed with the lack of size to the 2nd bedroom. Odd things were missing from kitchen implements drawer which we bought ourselves. There was no bread knife, no tin-opener, dodgy old peeler. Two more sun beds were needed in our opinion shsee more

Two more sun beds were needed in our opinion should 4 be staying at the apartment, also a box for cushions etc as carrying them up to the roof every day was a bit of a nuisance as stairs were steep with no hand rail.
beds would have been nice on the roof. There was an awful dog a few doors away that barked incessantly and spoiled the peace and quiet on quite a few of the days we used the terrace.... More information on restaurants that are open during the winter would have been useful, but we managed to find some, |

We are glad to know that you enjoyed your stay at this apartment. The size of the second bedroom is shown in the image gallery of this property on all the websites where it is advertised. It is a pity that you did not mentioned anything about the kitchen implements that you missed, as we would have sorted it out immediately. The owners of this apartment will upgrade the roof terrace next spring, so that all the tenants can sunbathe and save the cushions. Since you did not tell us anything about the dog, we could not do anything about it. There is an informatie map with a QR code to download our tourist guide in the living room of the apartment. La limpieza y sobre todo los utensilios, es decir había muchos utensilios para cocinar, pero no había tan si quiere, ni sal ni azúcar, ni papel higiénico ni un gaita ni si quiere algo para poder limpiar. Lo único q si q había era recogedor y cepillo.see more

Al apartamento le hace falta un poco de mantenimiento, la ventana del dormitorio de matrimonio no se podía abrir y la puerta de la calle no se podía cerrar. Por lo demás, bien.
